Henning Seidelin
Henning Seidelin, 1904-1987, Danish sculptor and designer. After training at the Royal Danish Academy of Fine Arts 1927-36, Seidelin started his own design business in 1937. He was affiliated with Bing & Grondahl from 1943-51, but his collaboration with Søholm Keramik in Rønne from 1952-56 on earthenware objects was of greater importance. For Hans Hansens Sølvsmedie, Seidelin designed corpus silver for Povl Frigast's Silverware Factory cutlery. At the same time, he has produced naturalistic figure groups, and he received the Eckersberg Medal in 1951.
